PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENTS. If you are NEW to our clinic or if it has been more than 1 year since your last visit, please book an Initial Assessment with us over the phone as well as 3 follow up visits 1 week apart with the same clinician.**

0-4 months since last visit - book a Follow up

4 - 12 months since last visit > book a Reassesement

12months + since last visit - book an Initial Assessment

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

Regardless of reason, cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy allows us to minimize wait times and ensure our practitioners’ schedules are used effectively to serve all of our patients.
